Ms Pang is a full time professional clarinet instructor. She has more than 15 years teaching experience as a clarinet instructor. Students from beginner to conservatory student level. Ms Pang is currently teaching in different schools as a clarinet instructor, orchestra conductor as well as clarinet ensemble coach.

• In March 2023, Ms. Pang leads the Maryknoll Convent School (Secondary Section) School Orchestra as an orchestra conductor to obtain the Gold award (94/100marks) in the Joint School Music Association (JSMA) Live Competition. 

• Helping students to prepare ABRSM/Trinity exams, from Grade 2 to Diploma level, conservatory exams,         and competitions. 

• In 2021-2023, several of her students were awarded prizes in different solo categories of 73rd, 74th and 75th Hong Kong Schools Music Festival with 1st prize, 2nd prize, coupled with 3rd prize included. Besides, many of Ms Pang's Students obtained Distinction in ABRSM Exams.

• Students  have become regular clarinetist/Bass clarinetist of local youth orchestras, Symphonic bands and Principal clarinet in their school orchestras/Symphonic bands . 

• Some further studies in Music conservatories (Clarinet Performance) including Royal Academy of Music (RAM)  , Royal Birmingham Conservatoire of Music (RBC) ,  Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM), Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama (RWCMD), The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK).

• Students were awarded prizes in JOINT SCHOOL MUSIC ASSOCIATION CLARINET SOLO CATEGORY :  Secondary(Clarinet) Senior Solo-Gold Award, Primary(Clarinet) intermediate Solo-Gold Award; Primary(Clarinet) Junior Solo-Silver Award; Primary(Saxophone) Senior Solo-Gold Award
